How To Not Run Your Business Like a Ghost

ceo lady boss Oct 29, 2018

Years ago, when I had decided to relocate and move my fitness business and myself to a new town, I decided to grow my business at a new level. I was a solo-entrepreneur at the time so the move was easy enough to setup shop and market my fitness services in the new town I lived in.

I got right into it and engulfed myself fully into the yogic essence lifestyle for my fitness business, and it was all about bliss. I even put it in the name of my business.

I would blog, do marketing posts, email newsletters all encompassing all the fitness benefits for my target audience. However there was one problem with it all. When things would get overwhelming, and I would be spinning too many things in the air at one time, I would become exhausted and drop it all. I would disappear from my blogs, posts, and newsletters for a while until I was revived and then again veraciously get back to blogging, marketing posts, and email newsletters.

What I didn’t realize I was doing at the time was I was running my business like a ghost. To my customers’ point of view I would be here one minute, then gone the next. I would disappear like a ghost to them, no trace to be seen for a while until I would mysteriously appear again.

Because I kept ghosting my customers, they lost interest in my services, and slowly I started to see loss in sales. When I would notice this, I had to do a ton of more marketing to try to get old customers back and also find new ones.

If you find yourself in this situation, you too might be on the verge of being a ghost running your business. If this is the case, here are three tips to help you prevent scaring your customers away.

As well this will help you in determining what support will help you in making sure these priorities items get done.
